At Kong Style Training, we offer 1:1 strength training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals and to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our training programs include functional and explosive training. All programs are tailored to what is best for you.

Strength training will enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training also protects your joints from injury. This can help you maintain independence as you age.

Session Duration: 45-60 minutes

  • Advanced Kong Style Package

  • Gold Kong Style Package

  • Premium Kong Style Package
