About Kong Style Academy

Here at Kong Style Academy, we pride ourselves on fun, hard work and results!

We focus on three types of training: Functional, Strength and Sports Specific.

Our aim is to build and inspire young people to enhance their overall fitness, grow in confidence and fulfil their passions and dreams.

 

At Kong Style Academy we offer group sessions within different age groups, and we also offer children’s 1:1 sessions. This could be to support your child to gain confidence, to enhance their fitness or simply some extra training within their off season.  

We now offer 3 12 week programs throughout the year these are:

  • Strength & Power - September - November

  • Speed & Agility - February - April

  • Fitness & Endurance - May - July

Curriculum

The curriculum has been carefully devised to ensure that the children are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how to safely perform exercises and spot their peers.

With these outcomes, the children will be fully capable of walking into any gym to train and perform safely.

We also have a strength specialists department for any age group if they would like to take it to the next level within their sport.

Since 1990 studies have shown the important role that strength training can play  in physical and emotional development of young athletes. Benefits include:

Sport Specific

Our sport specific 1:1 sessions are built on a 6-week block, these programs are tailored to the areas you may need to improve on within your sport.

 

We also offer off season programs, 1:1 and online programs.
